Pub Burger

I spend a lot of time going to Notting Hill, pubs, bars, restaurants. One of the usual suspects is The Prince Albert pub, an excellent place to have a pint and spend time on the borough. Not surprisingly a pub named after a prince, duke or king, Monarchy all around pub names as usual here in England.

The Menu

During my last stop in the place I had a peek to the menu and to my surprise they had interesting burger, 10oz handmade beef burger with Camembert and Serrano, so why not to give it a try. Good burger for pub standards but not great to be included in my quest (my apologies to your Highness), and to be honest I was expecting a lot more with the Serrano and Camembert additions.

The Burger

By the way my friend Mihir is writing an interesting blog "Its a Beer Pleasure" talking about beers and pubs so if you wanna have a look go to his link.

These pub names remind me the Seinfeld episode “The Contest”.

Jerry: But are you still master of your domain?
George: I am king of the county. You?
Jerry: Lord of the manor.
