I started the night with a lobster bisque. Great flavour, dense, thick, good aromas, nice balance, it’s finished with cognac giving a nice touch, overall excellent. Then moved to a 12oz prime filet. Perfectly cooked medium rare, nice seasoning, it was seared to perfection, a great steak.
